Dianne Duncan, LAc, brings her passion for acupuncture and Chinese medicine to Austin Quan Yin in Austin, Texas. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners as an acupuncturist, is nationally certified in Oriental Medicine. She received her masters from the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin. As a systems analyst and project manager for twenty years, Dianne brings this discipline to managing a full-service professional apothecary carrying only medicinals and supplements certified for safety, purity and potency. She maintains her commitment to her patients by continually studying with leaders in Chinese Herbology in the US, nutrition, functional medicine and modern combination homeopathy. Lindsey Wilder Flatt, LAc

Lindsey Wilder Flatt LAc, MAcOM, AOBTA, CCT is a nationally board-certified graduate of the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin and is licensed by the Texas State Medical Board. She is currently pursuing her clinical doctorate at AOMA. A life-long interest in herbs and alternative healing modalities led her to take several courses from the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine before she ultimately chose to pursue a career in acupuncture. During the course of school at AOMA, she developed an interest in the traditional Asian Bodywork modality of Tuina, and pursued AOBTA certification in this bodywork style that uses the healing power of touch, combined with stretching, and manipulation of the points and meridians of Chinese acupuncture. She is also reiki certified, and a Certified Cupping Therapist (CCT). Throughout her schooling, she worked at Peoples Rx, gaining a great deal of knowledge in working with some of the same professional-grade supplement companies offered at Austin Quan Yin. Her experiences at Peoples Rx made her committed to evidence-based care, and this, combined with a strong interest in functional and integrative medicine is what led her back to AOMA to pursue her clinical doctorate. Nicole Fillion-Robin, LAc

Nicole Fillion-Robin, L.Ac, MAcOM, Dipl. OM, is a board certified graduate of AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. Her philosophy of practice is to meet patients where they are while helping them live as they aspire to. Nicole grew up trying to keep every bird the cat brought home alive and was set on becoming a veterinarian until she discovered that included euthanizing pets as well. Her maternal grandmother often cooked with herbs and many of her fond memories include shopping for for Chinese Herbs at the market with her mother before visiting her grandparents. After working in the non-profit sector for almost a decade, she found acupuncture as a solution for her own chronic health problems and was immediately drawn to it. Her specialties include gastrointestinal health, women's health, palliative care, and pain management. She completed coursework and just under 1,000 clinical hours at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine and Chengdu TCM Hospital (Sichuan, China), as well as providing care at Austin Recovery Center, Seton McCarthy Community Health Center, and Kerrville Folk Festival. She worked for Remedy Urgent Care during her time in school, where she really nurtured her love for Evidence Based Medicine and was voted most "Obsessed with Patient Experience." She has taught community Qigong classes at Seton McCarthy Community Clinic and AOMA's campus, and enjoys teaching patients to use mind-body movements to care for themselves at home.
